We are proud to ship products in 24 hours that take most other companies 2-6 weeks. Wherever you see the 24 Hour Quick Ship logo, that product will leave our warehouse the next business day. Products not displaying the Quick Ship logo typically drop-ship from manufacturers within a week unless otherwise specified. Of course, if you need something sooner or need more information about delivery, don't hesitate to contact us.

All shipments will be delivered by UPS unless deemed “oversized” in which case a LTL carrier will be used.

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via US Mail (Expedited and express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses).

Need to return a product? Please contact our customer service professionals for assistance in obtaining return authorization. Call 1-877-860-(TURF)8873 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).

No return will be accepted without prior authorization. An authorization number will be given (valid for 30 days) and must appear on shipping labels when merchandise is returned. Merchandise must be carefully packaged and in saleable condition to be accepted for return. Customer is responsible for all freight charges and is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
